HOW DO I RENT FROM DLT event decor?

Contact us at 281-739-3091 to check the availability of the event decor.
An additional rush order fee is applied for rentals booked less than 2 weeks in advance.

DEPOSIT

All transactions are through PayPal Business. A PayPal account is not required for this method; just a debit or credit card.

2 weeks before event: 50% deposit

1 week before the event: Remaining amount

scheduled Delivery

Delivery is free in Baytown for all our rentals. An additional delivery fee per mile is applied for events located outside of Baytown, Texas.

we PICKUP

We pickup the inventory at the scheduled time and we look forward to celebrating with you and yours at your next event.

DOES DLT HAVE A SHOWROOM WHERE I CAN VIEW THE INVENTORY?

We take pride in being the event decor company on wheels; saving overhead costs and passing the savings right to our clients. Give us a ring at 281-739-3091 and we will be glad to discuss our inventory with you.

WHERE DOES DLT DELIVER TO AND WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY FEES?

Our listed prices include delivery fees for events in the Baytown area. An additional delivery fee per mile will be applied for rentals outside of the Baytown. Balloon designs have a set-up fee depending on the design and size. 

I AM HOSTING ANOTHER TYPE OF EVENT, NOT A BABY OR BRIDAL SHOWER. CAN I STILL USE YOUR SERVICES AND RENTALS?

Of course! Although our marketing is focused on baby and bridal showers, we still love to celebrate with you all kind of events.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION AND DAMAGE POLICY?

Cancellation Policy: We are sad :( your event got cancelled, we will issue a full refund when order is cancelled 24 hours prior to the event.

Damage Policy: Oh no! Not the gumdrop buttons! A replacement fee will be charged for missing or heavily damaged decor.
